Professional cookie banner designs for every compliance regime — and a visual designer that can change all of it
A cookie banner is the most visible piece of your compliance setup — visitors see it before they see your content. Passiro ships with 41 professionally designed templates so you can start from something that already looks right on your site, whether you need a GDPR consent banner for the EU, an IAB TCF 2.3 banner for advertising, a "Do Not Sell or Share" notice for US visitors, or a simple notice bar.
Pick a template, adjust it in the visual designer, and publish. Every template works with every plan — and every text on it can be shown in 25 languages automatically.
Four template groups
- Standard (GDPR) — 20 templates. Opt-in consent banners for EU/GDPR sites, from the classic Default Modal and Bottom Bar to Corner Card, Corner Bubble, split-image layouts, and an Equal Weight design that gives Accept and Reject identical prominence, in line with EDPB guidance.
- TCF 2.3 — 13 templates. Designs built for the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework, with the vendor and purpose views the framework requires: TCF Classic, TCF Publisher, TCF Compact Bar, TCF Equal Weight, split-image variants, and more. Passiro is an IAB-registered CMP (ID 499).
- US opt-out — 5 templates. "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" notices for US state privacy laws: US Bottom Bar, US Floating DNS, US Modal Clean, US Dark Bar, and US Glass.
- Notice-only — 3 templates. Slim, unobtrusive information bars (Notice Slim Bar, Notice Corner, Notice Minimal) for pages where you only need to inform, not collect consent.
Important: templates are visual starting points, nothing more. The compliance framework — GDPR opt-in, TCF, US opt-out — belongs to the banner itself, not to the template. Switching from one design to another restyles your banner; it never weakens or changes what the banner does legally.
A designer that edits everything
Every template is fully editable in Passiro's visual banner designer — no template is locked, and nothing requires code:
- Layout — modal, banner, box, floating, split-image, or hero, with position and size controls.
- Colors, gradients, and a frosted glass effect for backgrounds, buttons, and text.
- Fonts and font sizes for every text element.
- Button layout, order, and borders — including equal-weight Accept/Reject styling.
- Images and your own logo (logo on paid plans).
- Custom CSS when you want pixel-level control beyond the built-in options.
- Light and dark variants of the same banner.
You see every change in a live preview — and the preview is regime-correct: a US banner previews as the opt-out notice it actually is, not as an EU category dialog, so what you see is exactly what your visitors get.
25 languages, automatically
Every banner speaks your visitor's language out of the box. Passiro detects the visitor's browser language and serves its professional translations in 25 languages — no per-language setup, no machine-translation surprises.
Want your own wording? Every text on the banner is editable per banner, and anything you don't override falls back automatically to Passiro's professional translations. One exception is deliberate: on TCF banners, the purpose and feature descriptions always come from the IAB's official translations, because the framework's policies require the standardized texts.
And it's not just the banner — the entire Passiro dashboard is available in the same 25 languages.
Different banners for different visitors
You can run multiple banners on the same site and use geo-targeting to decide who sees which: a GDPR modal for EU visitors, a US opt-out notice for US visitors, a notice bar elsewhere — each with its own template and design. And whichever design you choose, visitors can always see exactly which vendors are involved via vendor transparency.
Free on every plan
All 41 templates, the full visual designer, and all 25 languages are free on every plan — including the free one. You don't pay extra to look professional or to speak your visitors' language.
