What support is included in my plan?
Every plan includes access to our Support Center and community support. Pro adds email support. Business includes priority email support. Enterprise also includes a personal onboarding call and a dedicated customer success manager.
Is the Free plan a trial?
No. Free is an ongoing plan with no expiry date, not a limited trial. No credit card needed, and it won’t automatically turn into a paid subscription. Upgrade only when you need something a paid plan offers.
What’s the catch? How does Passiro make money?
We believe managing cookie consent should be affordable, with a free plan that’s useful for the long term. Passiro makes money from paid plans for businesses that need more branding options, scanning capacity, data access or personal support. Those subscriptions help fund the product, including Free.
Which Passiro plan should I choose?
Choose Free if its features and monthly scanning cover your needs. Pro adds your own branding, more frequent scans, advertising consent frameworks and email support. Business adds higher scanning capacity, longer consent history, API access and priority support. Enterprise offers tailored scanning, custom integrations by agreement and personal support. If Free does the job, there’s no need to upgrade.
Will more visitors increase my bill?
No. Every plan includes unlimited visitors, with no traffic-based fees. A busy month won’t increase your subscription price. Plans differ in features, scanning capacity and how much consent history you can keep and export - not in how many people visit your website.
Can I manage several websites and invite my team?
Yes. Every plan includes multi-site management, unlimited team members, and roles and permissions.
How does the cookie scanner work?
Passiro scans pages on your website to detect cookies and trackers and identify their providers and categories. The results help you understand what your website uses and review your consent setup. Every plan also includes an automatically generated cookie declaration. Review the findings as part of maintaining your website’s cookie compliance.
What does “pages per scan” mean?
It’s the maximum number of website pages included in one scan - not the number of visitors or page views. Free scans up to 500 pages, Pro up to 750 and Business up to 5,000 per scan. Enterprise offers tailored capacity. Choose a limit that covers the pages you need checked.
How often is my website scanned, and can I start a scan myself?
Free includes monthly automatic scans. Pro and Business include weekly automatic scans, plus 2 and 8 on-demand scans per month respectively. Enterprise includes daily automatic scans and unlimited on-demand scans. On-demand scans are not included in Free.
Does Passiro help my website meet cookie compliance requirements?
Yes. Every plan includes consent controls, automatic cookie blocking, consent records and geo-targeting to help you manage consent for different regions. Scanning helps you review the cookies and trackers your website uses. Compliance also depends on your configuration, notices and implementation; using Passiro alone doesn’t guarantee it.
Can I cancel a paid subscription?
Yes. You can cancel renewal through your account before the next renewal date. Your paid plan remains available until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. If you need help, email billing@passiro.com.
Which plans support Google Consent Mode and advertising consent frameworks?
Google Consent Mode v2 is included on every plan, including Free, to communicate visitors’ consent choices to supported Google services. Pro, Business and Enterprise also include IAB TCF v2.3 and GPP for advertising setups that use these frameworks.
What’s the difference between consent history and the export window?
Consent history is how long records remain available in Passiro. The export window is how far back you can go when downloading them. Free includes up to 13 months of history and exports for the last 30 days; Pro includes 24 months and 12 months respectively; Business includes 36 months for both. Enterprise offers custom options. Exports are available in CSV, JSON and PDF.
How do I install the Passiro script?
Install the Passiro script at the top of your website’s head, before analytics, ads and tag managers. Every plan includes an automatic installation check to help you verify the setup. Dedicated platform integrations are listed on the roadmap.
Are team members charged separately?
No. Unlimited team members are included in every plan. You can invite your team and assign roles and permissions at no extra cost.
What counts as a domain?
A domain is a website address such as example.com. Each subdomain you use with Passiro counts separately, so shop.example.com and app.example.com count as two domains. If you also use Passiro on example.com, that makes three. Pages such as example.com/about belong to the same domain and don’t count separately. Paid plans are priced per domain.
