Frequently asked questions

When will planned features be available?

We publish a release date when it is confirmed. A feature marked Coming soon is planned, but does not yet have a promised delivery date.

Is every suggestion added to the roadmap?

Every suggestion helps us understand what users need, but submitting an idea does not guarantee that we will build it.

Where can I see what is available now?

The Features page explains the tools you can use today. Pricing shows which plan includes each one and any limits that apply.

Can plans on the roadmap change?

Yes. Priorities, scope and planned availability can change during development and testing.

How do I know which plan will include a feature?

The availability note beside each feature shows which plans include it or are expected to include it. Where plans have not been decided, we will confirm them with the release.

Should I upgrade for a planned feature?

Choose a plan for the features available today. Upgrading does not unlock a feature that has not been released.

What should I include in a feature request?

Describe the task, what gets in your way and which tools or platform you use. A concrete example helps. Please leave out passwords and private customer information.
