Cancel your subscription
Stop a paid plan from renewing, check when the cancellation takes effect and see what happens to your websites and data afterward.
Before you start: cancelling a paid subscription does not close your Passiro account. The account continues on the Free plan, with the features of that plan.
1. Find the subscription
Open Billing → Subscriptions. Active plans lists each paid plan with its billing period, number of sites and renewal date. Each plan and billing period is a separate subscription, so cancel each one you no longer need.
2. Cancel renewal
Select Cancel next to the plan. This opens Stripe’s secure customer portal, where you complete the cancellation. You can also ask for help through a support enquiry, and Passiro will confirm the cancellation.
3. Check the end date
A plan that is set to end shows Cancels and its end date instead of Active. Under the Terms and Conditions, cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period, and the websites keep the plan until then. Fees for that period are not refunded merely because you stop using the Service, except where the Terms and Conditions or mandatory law provide otherwise.
4. After the subscription ends
When the subscription ends, the websites on that plan move to Free and keep working within its features and limits: Passiro branding in the banner, monthly scans of up to 500 pages, 13 months of consent history and exports of the last 30 days. Paid features such as your own logo, IAB TCF v2.4 and GPP stop. To keep consent records beyond those limits, export them before the end date.
